What Stage of the Meth High is this?

NEW - What Stage of the meth High
I appreciate all the replies to my previous post. I'm still trying to sort things out, and thought it may be easier to approach it this way. For each of these, would the behavior indicate: high - coming down - "recovering from the high"???

1. Happy, social, making jokes
2. Interested in anything/everything sexual
3. Aggressive and argumentative
4. Paranoid
5. Playing Xbox for hours or searching on the internet
6. Eyes bulging and/or jaw clenched forward
7. Putting me down / everything is my fault

Also, I think I read somewhere that depending on how much you use, instead of becoming high (happy), you become paranoid. But I also thought that paranoia was part of the come down. Can anyone clarify?

If this is too many questions, I apologize. I just feel like I’m getting closer to figuring this out. And … if the answer is, “Everyone is different … depends on how much you use” – then I will accept that.

Example: What stage would this be -- high, coming down, recovering from the high?

Shopping at WalMart, filling the cart full of groceries. Out of the blue, he says:

Chad: "Who is that guy?"
Karen: (looking around) "What guy?"
C: "What do you mean "what guy?" That guy right there, he's been checking you out."
K: "I don't know what guy you're talking about." (still looking around)
C: "What .... Did you date him or something? Do you know him from the bars?"
K: "I have no idea what guy you're talking about."
C: Nodding to a guy CLEAR, CLEAR away from us who isn't even looking our way. "That guy, don't pretend like you don't see him."
K: "Chad, I have NO CLUE who that guy is."
C: "Maybe I oughtta go over there and set him straight. He's been checking you out this whole time"

I need to clarify, I have not taken my addict back (have had several PM's asking).

I think he's just thrown me for a loop so many times that I'm now trying to figure out the past, things that were said, things that he did, ways that he looked. Not sure it'll benefit me in any way -- maybe for the future IF he and I ever attempt a relationship again.

Personally I think it will help you... you'll sit back and realize....

The nice guy was the "high guy" and the a-hole was the "coming down/out of dope" guy and ultimately what "you" realize is that neither one of these guys was REAL!

... and every time you got blamed for something the real problem was meth or lack of it.

JMHO!

The nice guy was the "high guy"

Honestly, this has been the biggest realization for me. All my research, everything I've looked into ... I always assumed the high was when he was angry/aggressive/irritable/paranoid because that was the only side of it I saw. He was always gone during the "high" part before.

This last time around, when he was so easy to get along with, so nice and helpful, I was just SURE he had finally quit ... nope, that was the high and I just didn't know it.

I'm still learning ... but I'm getting there.

1. Happy, social, making jokes -
Had some sleep. Just got high.

2. Interested in anything/everything sexual -
High and horny. This usually happened for me after being high for a while.

3. Aggressive and argumentative -
Either coming down, or wants to get high and you are getting in his way. Or he could be high, and you are trying to talk to him, instead of letting him enjoy his high and do the things he likes to do when high.

4. Paranoid -
High. Up for a few days.

5. Playing Xbox for hours or searching on the internet -
High. Been high for a while. Can only handle repetative actions.

6. Eyes bulging and/or jaw clenched forward -
High.

7. Putting me down / everything is my fault -
Coming down, or the day after he slept. Out of dope.
